Professional Experience

Jill Rose has been an instrumental asset in closing over $400 million in commercial real estate over the past 15 years ranging from retail and leisure land, to hotel investment sales. As Vice President of BishopBeale’s Retail Department, she focuses on the growth of the retail team by capitalizing on opportunities with new Landlord and Tenant relationships, with additional focus on new development projects.

Jill has extensive experience in managing large commercial real estate portfolios. Notably, a portfolio that included more than seven million square feet of commercial entitlement in Lake Nona, a 7,000-acre development of regional impact in southeast Orlando, as well as the Grove at Isleworth project with almost 300,000 square feet of existing and new retail. Past and present client representation includes Branch Properties, Pizzuti Development, Glenborough, Jefferson Apartment Group, Greenleaf Capital, AIG, Debartolo Development, and the US Navy.

She has been awarded various accolades including Largest Land Sale and Largest User Sale several years in a row, CoStar Power Broker every year since 2005, has been nominated as one of the Top Women in Commercial Real Estate in 2009 and 2014 and has received the most honored Orlando Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 Award for 2010 and 2013.

In 2013, Jill was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the Regional Planning Council, District 6, which covers a majority of Central Florida. Her appointment was based on her knowledge of land planning and the entitlement process, smart growth principles and having an overall in-depth knowledge of real estate development. Most recently, she has secured a Municipal Planning Board appointment with the City of Orlando, and a seat on the ULI Executive Board as Vice Chair of the Trends Committee.

From 2005 to 2009, Jill was Chair of the Urban Land Institutes Young Leaders Organization. She led the new partnership between ULI and the University of Central Florida which included the Real Estate Internship and Mentoring Program. She is a recurring guest speaker for the Dr. Phillips Real Estate Program at UCF and continually mentors students interested in pursuing a career the commercial real estate industry.

Additionally, Jill is an active member of ICSC and NAIOP of Central Florida. Jill graduated from the University of Central Florida, receiving her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate.
